How to Twist the Key?

Unlock: Push the key in the deep and turn the key counterclockwise to "unlock" position to unlock the battery. Then you can remove the battery.

ON: Turn the key to "ON" position to turn on the battery.

This is an extremely solid bike and fun to ride, you can tell it's well built and will last. It was easy to set up, and felt very solid, during assembly and riding. It also looks great, the design is eye-catching in a cool way. Compared to other ebikes, this one felt a bit heavier but has more power, so it's enjoyable to ride and if you turn the assist settings higher, it functions as essentially a scooter instead of a pedal bike. So it makes long rides in summer very easy if you need to commute without sweating too much. There was a slight issue, but the seller went above and beyond making sure all problems were handled with great communication. If we need another bike, I'd buy this again without hesitation.

The suspension is amazing and the seat is extremely comfortable, even after a 3 hour ride you wont get sore cheeks ;). I weigh about 160lbs and the bike accelerates crazy fast; can hit top speed in just about 5 seconds. I've taken this bike on mountain trails throttle only for 4 hrs straight and barely put a dent in the battery life. One of the best parts is it can fit inside of the trunk of a small car! even in the back seat if you remove the saddle. Highly recommend!

This bike was a bit better than expected for the price. My Pedego E-Mountain Bike was nearly $4000 so for $700 with shipping this bike seemed kind of crazy but considering the reviews and I needed something that would fold up and fit in my Jeep I just thought if it is just barely useful it would be fine. Well I have ridden it all over my 36 hole golf course and it’s fun, comfortable, agile, and for the price it’s un beatable. I was very surprised how complete it came in the very well packed box. Obviously my Pedego is way more solid, and peddle response of electronic propulsion is way smoother, range is longer, power is significantly higher but it’s 5+ times the cost so you usually get what you pay for. I know I’ll use this Wooken a lot especially when I get to pack it up for trips.!

Great bike

Great bike rides nice have great speed to it im I brought this bike

Very hot charger

I had this electric bike for three days and in my opinion, this bike is very fun to ride but the only reason I gave it three stars is because the charger for the battery gets very hot when you charge it for about 20 minutes it gets very hot

Love it !

I love my bike, but didn't receive the manual, which I need, so I can figure out thing if something goes wrong... Besides that it's really a damn good bike..thanks

If you're somehow on the fence about getting this bike, just do it! Very solid machine the tires crush and knock away any debris you may hit, heavy bike but it's got power. Couldn't be finer to ride it's a great time and gets you there fast

Nice, but too slow

This bike overall is great but, my issue is the speed on this bike is too slow.
20mph is considered too slow in my town. I have 2 other 500w ebikes. Out the box
They both are faster in speed and there running on a 36v controller and battery.
Otherwise the bike is sturdy and provides a smooth ride.
Would have gave 5 stars but the speed on this bike sucks.
