I received my SwiftX yesterday. I got the yellow one and it looks like the picture. It was mostly pre-assembled and came with instructions to finish it. I did not have any issues following the instructions. The battery was not charged initially, so I plugged it in right away while I completed the rest of the bike. I rode it a little without the battery to make sure the shifter and brakes worked correctly. Without the battery, the bike is much lighter and rides like a normal city/commuter bike. Mine needed a little adjustment for the rear derailleur to properly engage the lowest gear, but otherwise worked pretty well after first assembly. It took about 6 hours to get a decent enough charge to fully try the bike out (3-4 bars on the battery's built in indicator). I live in an area that has a lot of hills, and I was hoping that a pedal assist e-bike like this would help me get out of my neighborhood a little easier. The pedal assist levels kind of coincide with the gear ranges (PA levels 1 and 2 work best in low gears, 3 in mid gears, 4 and 5 in top gears). They also seem to limit the top speed you will see with just the throttle, but I didn't play with that too much. levels 1 and 2 work great on shared walk/bikeways! 3,4, and 5 are best for road and road based bike lanes. My first ride was about 11 miles, just doodling around, and that barely used any battery while pedaling in assist levels 2 and 3. 3 is good for about 15-16 mph while pedaling. Altogether, I've gone 30 miles on it so far. While pedaling and using the gears, I have not hit a hill I could not climb fairly easily. I haven't tried just using the throttle or cruise control, as I am trying to use it to also get more exercise. My town is currently rebuilding several roads on the way to work making bike travel that way kind of risky. But once the roads are done, with the sturdy rack on this thing, I think it will make a great commuter bike or maybe use it for light grocery runs.

Power delay when starting pedaling . Cheaper bearings in wheels and steering

We got this for kids birthday and was excited to receive our Wooken Swift Pro e-bike, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.

The bike arrived on time, I assembled it according to the instructions. However, on the very first power-on, it immediately displayed an E10 error and has been unusable from day one. I was never able to ride the bike.

I contacted customer support, provided photos and my order details, but it’s been 2 days and no response yet instead of a quick resolution, the process has been slow and frustrating. Receiving a brand-new product that doesn’t work out of the box is unacceptable, especially for something as expensive as an e-bike.

I expected better quality control before shipping and faster customer service when a product arrives defective.

Based on my experience:

* Bike was defective on first startup (E10 error).
* Never got to use the bike.
* Troubleshooting took significant time with no immediate resolution.
* Quality control and customer support need significant improvement.

I hope Wooken improves both its manufacturing quality and after-sales service. At this point, I cannot recommend this bike based on my experience.
Still awaiting response to fix it. Will update after it is resolved

Amazing quality for the price and additional extra pieces included that other big brands make you buy separately. Comfortable and smooth ride. Very happy with my purchase!

I bought this bike at the beginning of winter. The only thing that doesn't appeal to me is the handle bars which leaves me hunched over somewhat whereas I prefer sitting upright. But it's easy enough to change the handlebars.

I've got a few ebikes but I call this one my Workhorse. The powerful motor makes going up hills effortless with no strain whatsoever. I use this daily to go go the store or other errands.

It's a great all around bike. The front light is a lot bigger than most other ebikes of it's class. The horn is pretty loud as opposed to a weak bell on my other bikes.

We had a blizzard this winter. The following morning there were hardly any cars out. No pedestrians. But here comes me in my yellow Wooken. The roads were packed with snow but I needed to get to the grocery store. My Workhorse handle those roads like a champ! Slippery spots on the roads here and there but my bike glided nicely through all that.
Attached a trailer. I used to have a milk crate bungee corded on my rear rack so I could load it with groceries but I wanted to take weight/stress off my back wheel/motor. Bike pulls that trailer easily. Bike is not a speed demon, but it's well built!
